Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy


Delivery


We make use of The Courier Guy and PUDO for nationwide delivery within South Africa.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address or PUDO locker details are provided at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, for which Teach Tools SA cannot be held responsible.


Estimated delivery times:

• Main centres: 2–3 business days

• Outlying areas: 3–5 business days


Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (such as courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or service disruptions). We will communicate any known delays where possible.



Customised / Personalised Products


Many of our products are custom-made according to the information provided by the customer at checkout.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• All spelling, names, and details are correct before completing their order.

• The final design preview (if applicable) has been checked carefully.


Because these items are personalised and made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded due to:

• Spelling errors provided by the customer

• Incorrect information submitted at checkout

• Change of mind after production has started



Defective or Incorrect Products


In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to receive goods that are of good quality and free from defects.


If you receive:

• A defective item

• A damaged item

• An incorrect item sent by us


You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email, including clear photographs and your order number.


If a product is found to be defective within 6 months of purchase (and the defect is not due to misuse or damage by the customer), you may choose between:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Refund


Where the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, return courier costs will be covered by Teach Tools SA.



Returns (Non-Defective Items)


If a return is requested for a non-defective, non-customised item (for example, incorrect item ordered or change of mind), the following applies:

• The customer must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Return courier costs will be for the customer’s account.


Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.



Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method where possible.

• No refund will be issued if the original product has not been returned (where return is required).
